Terms of Service

RecordsBot is an independent automation and submission service for public records requests. RecordsBot prepares and submits requests and returns status updates for the packages you purchase.

RecordsBot is not a lookup service, a search service, a background check service, or a consumer reporting agency, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use RecordsBot. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any account or Telegram credentials secure.

Packages are sold by record volume. Your order is accepted once payment is received and the required information has been submitted. Processing times vary based on package size and the information provided, and are communicated with your order confirmation.

You agree to submit only information you are authorized to provide and to use RecordsBot for lawful purposes. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay processing or prevent an order from being completed.

RecordsBot provides automation and submission services only. RecordsBot does not promise any specific result, decision, or outcome, and makes no representations regarding credit scores, identity status, or financial results.

Wholesale pricing and vendor dashboard access are available to approved vendors only. Vendor accounts may be suspended for misrepresentation of the service or for violating the Acceptable Use Policy.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are due at the time of order unless a vendor account agreement states otherwise. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecordsBot's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current version. Questions can be sent through the Support page or the RecordsBot Telegram bot.
